Quality Assurance Systems
Casabela Cleaning Services has several customized Quality Assurance Programs and reporting tools in place to help us effectively support our clients, enhance communications and improve overall service delivery.
We implement audits of our performance utilizing Quality Assurance Inspections. They are performed at various management levels and frequencies. We design unique Inspections for each customer, according to their particular areas, demands, and SOPs.
Digital Audits
Our Supervisors and Managers perform Inspections using their tablets. Once completed, they sign the documents, which are time-stamped and stored in our Cloud System.
Customer Service Calls
We have a dedicated Customer Service Specialist whose primary role is to contact and check in with all of our clients, on a monthly basis. We use the feedback to ensure that we are exceeding our clients’ expectations.
Tracking of Services (Work Orders)
All of our staff members utilize a customized software, which is a fully integrated financial, operations and project management system. This web-based portal provides real-time access, which allows us to streamline communications between our teams.
